I&#8217;m more focused on producing great outcomes, versus merely coping with day-to-day activities. I can speak with increasing confidence and authority on what types of measures are important to our program and its stakeholders, and explain why other seemingly important measures are in fact just curious distractions. After having participated in 2 or 3 years&#8217; of TEI courses, I enrolled in the Pitt Ed.D. program, where I found myself a step or two ahead of my peers in discussions about evaluation and applied social research.
