{"id":1786,"date":"2021-12-05T15:46:08","date_gmt":"2021-12-05T23:46:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tei.cgu.edu\/?page_id=1786"},"modified":"2024-09-05T09:21:04","modified_gmt":"2024-09-05T16:21:04","slug":"refund-policy","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/tei.cgu.edu\/program-at-a-glance\/refund-policy\/","title":{"rendered":"Refund Policy"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span data-ogsc=\"black\">Participants who need to cancel their program registration will be offered a credit (less a $200 processing fee) that can be applied to any future TEI courses.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-ogsc=\"black\">Participants who cancel their program registration two weeks prior to the start of their scheduled class will receive a credit for 75% of their tuition cost (less a $200 processing fee); participants who cancel their program registration one week prior to the start of their scheduled class will receive a credit for 50% of their tuition cost (less a $200 processing fee).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-ogsc=\"black\">It is not possible to offer a credit or a refund for cancellation requests made less than two business days prior to a course.\u00a0Credits or refunds will also not be issued due to technical issues such as problems with internet connectivity or inability to download\/access Zoom.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-ogsc=\"black\">Please contact\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:tei@cgu.edu\" data-linkindex=\"0\" data-ogsc=\"\">tei@cgu.edu<\/a> if you have a special circumstance, and would like to request a refund for a cancelled course rather than a credit. Previously received course credits cannot be converted to a refund.
